Fast and efficient - laptop went down and lost its hard drive - I sent it to NetGeek and within hours a quite (friendly one!!) came back and the work was done with the computer returned tested and working - I was going to bin it however thanks to NetGeek have saved a fortune - thank you!! Piers

I was attacked by a Trojan virus, which Netgeek quckly eliminated. Unfortunately it damaged my system in ways that did not become apparent until a while later. Mr Netgeek dealt with these as well, and was able to do so remotely, which cut out an unecessary visit. Moreover, he insisted that the repairs were covered by my original fee, so no extra charges were incurred. I can thoroughly recommend his services.

Very prompt service at a time convenient to me. As I wrote down the "death" message Ben was able to quickly sort the problem which he explained clearly. Another problem I had with receiving e-mail on my iPad he could not resolve so said he would not charge for this. Having never had a website before I was dreading having to finally organise one! In the end the whole experience was painless, and done within a week or so!

Had a problem with a mass storeage device that would not connect to the host. Turned out that there was a file missing in my XP software, I am reasonally ok with computer software but would never have found this without uninstalling XP and either reinstalling or upgrading to 7. I called Ben on Tuesday afternoon he called round that evening spnet an hour could not solve on site, but came back after a couple of days with the solution, now working fine. Would defiantley use again was also reasonably priced

Computer had failed to be corrected by ISP who said it was not their problem but within a few hours the problem was solved and other problems identified and also solved. Very pleased with NetGeek and will certainly use them again and feel able to recommend them with total confidence. :

My PC got seriously attacked by a trojan virus and was crippled. I called NetGeek and they came around the next morning. They couldn't fix it on site but took it away and i had it back within 24 hours. They even brought it back to me on a sunday morning. Now its working better than before. NetGeek gave me a fast, friendly and professional service at a very reasonable rate !
