- Unlimited Telephone and Remote support
- An annual "Tune-up" or service
- Unlimited free advice on all IT related things
- Guaranteed on-site service within 24 business hours (if required***)

Although difficult to estimate the cost of each job, below are our standard charges for comparison.
- Call Out charge - £35 which includes the first 30mins of the Engineers on-site time
- Remote/General Support - £45/hr which we will happily only charge in 15 minute increments
- The minimum charge is either the call out charge or 30 minutes support general
- Any parts required can be sourced and quoted for
- eg: A support call at the clients home which lasts 1 hour will cost £57.50 (Call out + 30 mins further support)
Average common support times:
- Virus/Malware: 1hr - 1hr30mins = £57.50 - £80 at client site
- Networking: 30mins - 2hrs = £35 - £102.50 at client site
- Rebuild: 2hrs - 3 hrs = £102.50 - £147.50 offsite but including collection and delivery
- Call Out charge - £60 which includes the first 30mins of the Engineers on-site time
- Remote/General Support - £67/hr which we will happily only charge in 15 minute increments
- After hours support - £89/hr which we will happily only charge in 15 minute increments
- The minimum charge is either the call out charge or 30 minutes Remote/General Support
- Any parts required can be sourced and quoted for
- Network cabling installed at £115/point
Your new website will be designed using a Content Management System (CMS) so once it's completed, you can still add and tweak content as your business changes. It'll also be expandable to grow with your business.

These prices are for standard pages (text, images, basic header design, information forms etc.). If you would like more functionality please ask. You need to be sure that any images provided to us for your website are not protected by any copyright other than your own.

- Silver Package - £5.99/month. Includes 2Gb webspace, 20 emails, 20 MySQL databases & 20Gb transfer
- Gold Package - £7.99/month. Includes 5Gb webspace, 50 emails, 50 MySQL databases & 50Gb transfer
** Annual Maintenance Support Packages are subject to Terms and Conditions, minimum length contracts and broadband of 2Mbps or faster.
*** On an occassion when there is no possible way to remotely support the PC eg. a networking problem, NetGeek is able to attend the customers site within 24 business hours. However, the customer is liable for all the on-site charges as shown above. |
